Land Clearing and Pasture Clearing in Kansas and Oklahoma
We offer land clearing, brush clearing, and pasture clearing throughout Kansas and Oklahoma. For example, some properties need cedars removed from pastures. Other properties need hedge rows cleared, trails opened, or building sites prepared. In addition, we can haul away storm debris, logs, brush, and unwanted vegetation.
Grapple Trucks for Large Debris Removal
Equipment matters on land clearing jobs. Because of this, Wichita Tree Service operates three large self-loading grapple trucks. These trucks move large amounts of tree debris quickly. Also, they help reduce the number of trips needed to haul brush, logs, and limbs.
Each grapple truck can haul about 65 to 90 cubic yards per load. In addition, our larger trucks can pull high-capacity trailers. As a result, one truck and trailer combination can carry up to about 187 cubic yards.
For comparison, many large dump trucks hold around 20 cubic yards. Because of this, our crews can move more brush, logs, limbs, and tree debris in fewer trips.

Storm Debris and Large-Scale Cleanup Experience
Our grapple trucks have worked on major storm cleanup projects along the Gulf Coast. For example, our crews helped clean up after hurricanes Laura, Ida, and Delta.
During large storm events, our trucks moved hundreds of cubic yards of tree debris per day. First, crews hauled debris from homes, businesses, streets, and rights-of-way. Then, they transported the material to designated recycling or disposal sites.
This experience helps on land clearing and brush clearing projects. However, large debris piles can slow down a job when the contractor does not have the right equipment. Because of this, our trucks, equipment, and cleanup experience help keep the work moving.
Forestry Mulching and Brush Clearing Equipment
Wichita Tree Service uses skid steers, forestry mulchers, grapple trucks, and tree service equipment for land clearing. For example, our forestry mulcher is a 120 HP Vermeer unit. It works well for cedars, saplings, brush, trails, fence lines, roads, building sites, and access paths.
Need pasture clearing, cedar removal, hedgerow removal, brush clearing, or site clearing for a new building? If so, Wichita Tree Service has the equipment, skill, and manpower to tackle the job.
